You have probably encountered an illegal URL, when using an customized WAL-browser such as ManagdWAL or ManagdWALplus. Please check the configuration of your MDM, or any applicable local setting in relation to URL extensions. Pay particular attention to the use of special characters such as “>” or “<“, and consult the documentation regarding the use of extension fields.
