XML identifier: Key named ConfigInfo, with corresponding string value. String can be empted or set, via MDM system.
Purpose: This parameter defines configuration information, and can be used for tracing configurations pushed out to clients. ConfigInfo is shown in the Admin popup, along with information such as version information of app. Helpdesks can ask for this information, to verify that configurations sent via MDM is read correctly, and thus that configuration files and MDM systems etc. are working properly
Status: Available starting with version 1.00.65 / Build 65.
Category: Heartbeat keys (labels and value).
Usage: Provide ConfigInfo key with string value.
Default: Defaults to “(Default app configuration)”.
Example: Choosing to use the ConfigInfo to trace config pushed to device, with info such as date, version, purpose, device nickname etc:
